HEALTH INSURANCE

While we are no longer affiliated with insurance company networks, we still function as an out-of-network provider.

If your insurance company covers acupuncture from an out-of-network provider, at your request we will provide you with a "superbill," a receipt for your cash/check payment of services that you may submit directly to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

When calling your insurance company to find out about your coverage, consider asking the following questions:

1. Does my plan cover acupuncture from a NYS Licensed Acupuncturist who is out-of-network?

2. Is there a deductible I must reach before I can be reimbursed?

3. Is there a certain number of visits that will be covered?

CANCELLATION POLICY

Kindly give at least 24-hour notice of cancellations to avoid being charged for time reserved.

Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice or not showing up for an appointment may result in a $40 cancellation fee for private sessions.

An exception to this policy is cancellation due to hazardous winter weather.  Please do call if you need to cancel, and please do not travel in dangerous conditions.
